According to the report submitted to the court, Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman was acquitted
Significant progress has been made in the case of rape of a student in Lahore. According to the DNA report submitted to the court, the accused Aziz-ur-Rehman is innocent. Was submitted for analysis. The report did not find any editing with the video and the students and accused in the video could be seen.
According to the report given in the court, the persons in the video are identical with the student and the accused. However, due to the age of the incident, the report of DNA could not be matched, due to which Aziz-ur-Rehman was found not guilty.
According to him, there is no evidence of sexual abuse of the student, and the DNA of Aziz-ur-Rehman and the victim does not match.
Nothing was found in the sample taken from the student and the medical treatment of the affected student has been delayed. It may be recalled that a video went viral on social media last month in which Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman, Deputy Amir of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Lahore, was seen having an affair with a madrassa student and his student Sabir Shah.
The student in the video also released a video message in which he said that he was being blackmailed and threatened with death. I am hiding in a place, a young man named Sabir said that I raised my voice for myself but no one listened to me and I did not get justice, I have decided to take my own life for not providing justice. If they have to kill me, it is better for me to commit suicide.
In all these circumstances, a video message was released by the Nazim of the madrassa, Khalilullah Ibrahim, in which he said that a boy named Sabir came to him some time ago and complained against Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman, but I believe the boy. If not, after some time he brought the video to them.
When the incident was investigated, Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman was removed from the madrassa and now the Mufti has no connection with Jamia Manzoor-ul-Islamia. Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman has been sacked after the video surfaced.
Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam also expressed dissatisfaction with Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman. A spokesman for the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Lahore said that the JUI was not responsible for any of the man’s actions.
