PM orders action against Islamabad Land Revenue officials
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has ordered action against the officials of Islamabad Land Revenue on the complaints lodged by Pakistanis abroad through the Citizen Portal. Prime Minister Imran Khan took notice of the complaints of Pakistanis abroad on the Citizen Portal and ordered action against the officials of Islamabad Land Revenue, following which the Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies Islamabad immediately Removed.
The Chief Commissioner has recommended suspension of the Circle Registrar from the Ministry of Home Affairs, while the Inspector has dismissed the Operative Societies, issued show-cause notices to the concerned housing societies, and frozen the bank accounts, as well as the Circle Registrar’s Office The clerk has also been removed from office.

A statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office said that Pakistanis abroad had lodged complaints with Prime Minister Imran Khan regarding the transfer of plots. Inquired into the complaints, and the Chief Commissioner’s Office issued notifications of suspension and dismissal of the officers concerned.
