The military chief, DG ISI insists on meeting with parliamentary leaders

The Commander-in-Chief of the Pak Army Qamar Javed Bajwa and the DG ISI met with parliamentary leaders in Lahore where the military leadership insisted on keeping the army away from political issues.

According to Private TV News, the military leadership has made it clear that the military has no direct or indirect rivals in the political process. The organization always assists with human administration when needed.

During a meeting with parliamentary leaders, the military leaders called for the immediate and effective implementation of the National Action Plan.

During the meeting, issues related to the administration of Gilgit-Baltistan and the national Islamic issues were discussed
