The Pakistani government was once again directed to contact India on the issue of Kulbhushan Yadav

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistani government has once again been ordered to contact the Indian government on the issue of Kulbhushan Yadav.

According to details, a case was heard in the Islamabad High Court regarding the appointment of a lawyer for Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav.

A larger bench of the High Court comprising Chief Justice Athar Minullah. Justice Amir Farooq, and Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the case. The Indian embassy has not submitted any power of attorney on the order to appoint a lawyer for Indian spy Kulbhushan.

During the hearing, the Attorney General said that India refused to comply with the order of the Pakistani courts. On September 23, Pakistan replied to India. In the case of Kulbhushan, India is the petitioner.
